Do we need to bring our own linen ?

We do provide all the house linen but pool towels, so please do bring your own. Also if you are coming with a baby please bring your own bedding for the little one.

The swimming-pool is not artificially heated, however the pool has an electrical shutter which keep the pool's heat in during the night & on windy days.

Is the Swimming-pool heated ?

Are the water holes protected for children ?

Both the fish pound & pool are located in the fenced garden, in addition, the fish pound is covered by a protective metal grid & the swimming pool is also protected via an electrical shutter. However the use of the pool is at your own risk and children should not be left unattended in this area.

Unfortunately the architectural complexity of the domain does not allow it to be wheel chair friendly.

Do you have any bedroom on the ground floor ?

All the bedrooms of "La Grande Bastide de lauris" are on the first floor, allowing for a perfect separation between all different the living spaces.

La Grande Bastide est naturellement fraîche grâce à ses épais murs en pierre, ce qui ne nécessite pas de climatisation artificielle.

 

De plus, en Provence en été la meilleure climatisation c’est de vivre au rythme de la Provence: Fermer les volets & rideaux la journée et ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit.

Les termes et conditions

Do we need to pay a deposit ?

Yes, you must pay 50% to secure your booking & the other 50% are to be paid one month prior your arrival date.

Strong cancellation policy:

 

Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. 

 

If you cancel your booking more than a month prior your arrival the 50% deposit already paid will not be refunded. 

 

If you cancel your booking less than a month before your arrival 100% of your booking will be charged and no refund will be made.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Do you allow parties on the property & are you pet friendly ?

The property is not to be used for large/ excessive party without the owners' consent. If you are celebrating a joyful event please ensure to let us a head of time. 

 

Pets are welcome, however this is also to the owners' discretion, so please ensure to discuss this with the owners prior to your arrival.
